Terms and Conditions
These terms govern your use of Realz Casino at realz.com (the "Service"). They are written in plain Australian English. Where a clause is technical, we have added a short explanation in italics underneath. By creating an account, depositing, wagering, or claiming a bonus, you confirm you have read these terms and accept them.
If anything below is unclear, email [email protected] before you deposit. We would rather explain the rule than refund a misunderstanding.
1. Acceptance and Eligibility
You may use the Service only if you are 18 years of age or older, you are physically located in Australia or another jurisdiction where our Service is lawful, and you are not on a self-exclusion register that we honour (including our internal register and BetStop participants). Employees of Realz Entertainment N.V., its contractors, and their immediate family members are not eligible to play for real money.
Plain English: you have to be 18+, in Australia, and not on a do-not-let-me-gamble list.
2. Account Registration
You may hold one account per person, per household, per IP address, per payment method. Duplicate accounts are closed without notice; any balance is returned to source if KYC permits, and any bonus winnings on duplicate accounts are forfeit.
Information you give us at sign-up must be true and current. If your name, address, or payment details change, update them inside My Account → Profile within fourteen days.
Plain English: one account each. If you sign up twice, the second one's balance gets refunded but bonus wins on it disappear.
3. Identity Verification (KYC)
We verify identity in line with the AML/CTF Act 2006 and our gambling licence. Standard verification requires (a) a current government photo ID, (b) a proof of address within 90 days, and (c) confirmation of payment method ownership.
We may request enhanced due diligence when total withdrawals in any rolling 30-day window reach AU$2,000, or when our risk system flags unusual patterns. Enhanced checks may include source of funds and source of wealth documentation.
Withdrawals are not processed before verification is complete. Verification typically takes 24–48 hours; enhanced reviews up to seven business days.
Plain English: we have to confirm who you are. Past AU$2,000 in withdrawals, expect a deeper check.
4. Deposits, Wagers, and Currency
All accounts are denominated in AU$ by default. We accept deposits via PayID, POLi, BPAY (manual), Visa, Mastercard, and the cryptocurrencies listed on the Banking page.
Minimum deposit: AU$10. Maximum single deposit: AU$5,000 by card, AU$25,000 by PayID or bank transfer. Weekly aggregate deposit limit: AU$25,000 unless you have requested a higher cap and we have approved it in writing.
A wager is final when accepted by our servers. We do not reverse wagers that you regret. If a game disconnects mid-wager and the result is not recorded, the wager is voided and the stake returned.
Plain English: deposit limits exist, wagers are final once placed, disconnects refund the stake.
5. Withdrawals
Minimum withdrawal: AU$50 per request. Maximum weekly withdrawal: AU$10,000 for standard accounts; higher for VIP tiers as specified on the VIP page.
Withdrawals are paid to the same method used to fund the account, where the payment processor supports return. For card deposits, the first AU$2,000 of withdrawal returns to the card; amounts above that may be issued by bank transfer.
Standard processing times: PayID under one hour, POLi-to-bank up to four hours, BPAY two to three banking days, crypto under one hour after blockchain confirmation. These times start when the withdrawal moves from "pending" to "processing" in your account history.
We may delay a withdrawal for fraud or AML review. Reviews are completed within ten business days; we communicate by email at the start and end of any review.
Plain English: AU$50 min, AU$10,000 weekly cap, returned to the same method, PayID under an hour usually.
6. Bonuses
By accepting a bonus, you agree to the specific terms of that promotion, which appear on the promotion page before you click Accept. General rules that apply to every bonus:
Wagering turnover requirements are calculated on the bonus amount unless explicitly stated as bonus+deposit. Default is 35×.
Maximum bet during active wagering is AU$5 per spin or per hand. Bets above that cap during bonus play void the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
Game contribution rates default to: pokies 100%, live dealer 10%, table games 5%, video poker 5%, jackpot pokies excluded.
Bonus expiry: 14 days from claim, unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
Voiding events: bonus abuse (defined in the bonus voiding clauses, section 6), opposite-betting patterns on roulette, low-risk gameplay designed to clear wagering without genuine play, and any breach of these T&Cs.
We do not retroactively void a wager that was clearly within the rules at the time it was placed. If we void a bonus, the email explanation cites the specific clause crossed.
Plain English: max AU$5 bet while playing through a bonus, 35× wagering by default, pokies count fully, table games barely count.
7. Inactive Accounts
An account is considered dormant if there is no login, deposit, wager, or withdrawal for 90 consecutive days. Dormant accounts incur a monthly maintenance fee of AU$5, deducted from the available balance, until the account is reactivated or the balance reaches zero.
We email you 14 days before the first fee is charged. To stop dormancy, log in once.
If the balance reaches zero and the account remains dormant for a further 12 months, the account is automatically closed. Closure is notified by email.
Plain English: log in at least every 90 days or AU$5/month comes out of your balance.
8. Responsible Gambling and Self-Exclusion
You may set deposit, loss, session, time-out, or self-exclusion limits at any time from My Account → Responsible Gambling. Limit decreases are immediate; limit increases require a 48-hour cooling-off period.
Self-exclusion is binding. The minimum self-exclusion period is six months; the maximum is permanent. We will not solicit you to return.
Plain English: the tools on the Responsible Gambling page are real and we respect them.
9. Disputes and Governing Law
If you believe we have got something wrong, contact [email protected] first. If the first reply doesn't resolve it, ask for Casino Manager escalation. If that doesn't resolve it, the dispute path runs to the Curaçao Gaming Control Board at [email protected], with an independent route via AskGamblers mediation.
These terms are governed by the laws of Curaçao for jurisdictional purposes of the licence, without prejudice to your statutory rights as an Australian consumer under the Australian Consumer Law where mandatorily applicable.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms. Material changes are notified to active accounts by email at least 14 days before they take effect. If you continue to use the Service after the change date, you accept the updated terms. If you object, you may withdraw your balance and close the account, subject to KYC.
